A "Signature" Favor

I am frequently asked by my couples what they can put in hospitality bags that are "signature" or unique. A known advocate for a welcome or hospitality bag over a wedding favor {as these are shown} I think this idea is darling!
Certainly this requires some production, but the "fruits of your labor" will be well worth the oooh's and ahhh's! This couple gave "tattooed" apples from an orchard as favors; the unripened fruit had been covered with stickers, and then left to turn red in the sun. {* as seen on Real Weddings/Martha Stewart* } Many of us in our real lives, understandably, may be unable to pull this off which is why I believe affixing the stickers the already ripened apples will achieve a similar and lovely look~ What a delightful way to say "Welcome and Thank You!" xoxo

It's All In The Details-The Real Wedding of Jack & Jill

Some sweet details from Saturday's wedding: Personalized poufs for our 8 little flower girls to sit on during the ceremony, lush roses with succulents & drink coasters that doubled as the menu card on the back! I find the "love" in all of the details! Happy Monday! xoxo

Wedding Design's "Little Things:" Quenching Your Thirst!

In wedding design, I consistently maintain a firm position: It's about the "little things." Regardless of budget, {large, small or in between} you can implement small and stylish details or gestures that truly make a difference, and make YOUR wedding signature! As we ease into our warmer months for weddings and entertaining, many of my clients are taking the signature cocktail or beverage concept and make it even more inviting. You can have them butler served on trays or a simple, yet inviting beverage station such as the image below with playful flags and lush floral arrangement~ Cheers! xoxo

Setting the Scene- Wedding Reception Details

Don't you just want to jump in this collage of images and snuggle up with your love?

Abby Liga captured so many details of emotion on this glorious wedding day, but also and, equally as important, the details of room.

The candlelight, the mirror table numbers, cake and even the lipstick on the coffee cup--all tell a story. A lovely wedding story.
